Release 14 is about control over individual items: attach documents, search, tag, and change how cards look to bidders.
Highlights
Section titled “Highlights”Documents on Items
Section titled “Documents on Items”Attach documents to an individual item, not just to the auction. Useful for appraisals, certificates of authenticity, travel vouchers, terms, or anything a bidder should read before bidding.
Search Your Items
Section titled “Search Your Items”Bidders can search an auction’s items by keyword, so a large catalog is easier to navigate on a phone.
Custom Card Overlays
Section titled “Custom Card Overlays”Add your own overlays to item cards (a badge, a label, a call-out) and control which one takes priority when an item qualifies for more than one.
A New Items Tab in Auction Settings
Section titled “A New Items Tab in Auction Settings”Item-level settings that used to be spread around now live together: card overlays, category labelling, and item sort order.
More improvements
Section titled “More improvements”- Item tags to mark and group items beyond categories
- Bid Box revenue in the Revenue Breakdown on the Manager dashboard, as its own row
- Item quantity on the Live Viewer during a live auction
- Copyable Auction ID in auction settings
- Per-state US sales tax tables on an auction, for organizations that need it
- Unsubscribe links work for guests and invitees, not only registered users
- Custom terms display in the right language on registration and donation modals
- Invite list emails had odd formatting in the subject line.
