Payments Have Been Disabled Error

Your bidders will not be able to pay their invoice if you have not enabled credit card payments through Handbid. If you want to allow bidders to pay from their phones, iPads, or the web, you will need to enable this in your Auction Settings. You can find this setting in the FINANCIAL tab of your auction settings, click the link to view our article on this process: Enable Credit Card Payments 

Warning: You will need to enable credit card processing through Handbid even if you are connected to Handbid with your own Stripe account.
