How to Delete a Guest

 

To remove a guest from your guest list you will first need to search for them. You can use the search box, or sort by sponsor, or table, to find the guest you want to delete. Once you have found the guest, simply check the box next to their name and select the remove guest icon in the Bulk Actions dropdown.

Once you select the remove bidder button you will be brought to this screen. Click on the Remove button to confirm the delete.  Once the guest is removed it will not show up anymore in your guest list. 

Limitations on Removing Guests

It is important to know that you cannot delete a guest who has purchased a ticket or is tied to a ticket slot. You can edit the guest on the ticket but you cannot remove the guest.
