# Release 12 - June 2026

Release 12 is a large behind-the-scenes release — the foundation for a faster, more reliable Handbid — plus a set of upgrades you will notice right away in email deliverability, white-label branding, multi-language events, and reporting.

## Highlights

### Trustworthy Invitation & Login Links
We moved Handbid's links to dedicated Handbid domains, which puts an end to the false "this link may be unsafe" warnings some recipients saw on invitation and login emails. Your guests get a cleaner, more confident path into your event.

### White-Label Legal Content Management
White-label organizers can now edit their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in a rich-text editor, with changes appearing automatically on registration forms and footers — no more routing changes through Handbid.

### Multi-Language Event Terms & Conditions
Event Terms & Conditions can now be authored in multiple languages, so bidders see the terms in the language they are using. Language coverage continued rounding out across every flow in Release 13.

### Redesigned Financial Reports
Revenue Summary, Item Summary, and Bidder Summary were rebuilt with a cleaner layout, and the queries behind them were rewritten so they load considerably faster.

## More improvements

- **More reliable extended bidding** — auctions now close cleanly when the last item closes, without a misleading event-level countdown or an extra bidding cycle
- **Removed bids appear in bid history**, clearly marked as removed, so the record is complete
- **Overpaid invoices tab** in the Manager surfaces credit-balance receipts so your team can spot and process refunds
- **Unpaid invoices** now correctly land in the Unpaid section
- **Title sponsor links** — add a clickable link and longer description to your event's title sponsor
- **Friendlier TV widget style editor** replaces hand-editing raw configuration
- **Primary photo fix** — your item's primary photo now reliably shows first everywhere it appears
- **Registration unblocked** — the "I Agree" button now works even when your terms are short enough that there is nothing to scroll
- **Smoother iPhone forms** — login and form fields no longer awkwardly zoom when tapped in Safari
- **Auction settings** no longer take several seconds to save on a checkbox change
- **Under the hood** — laid the groundwork for Handbid's next-generation mobile experience with a complete rebuild of our internal API, moved heavy statistics work off the live bidding path so auctions stay responsive under load, and tightened data privacy in our logs and messaging

## Fixes

- The rich-text editor silently stripped links out of content.
- Adding two credit cards one after another on the events site could fail.
- The Manager auction dashboard showed an empty list until a filter was toggled.
- Bidders could hit a Ticket Required error when buying an item they had a ticket for.
